Ben Erichsen, Founder
With sciatica and osteoarthritis (shoulder) threatening to bring an end to his ability to throw batting practice to the Little Leaguers he coaches, Ben Erichsen found dramatic relief using CBD. Yet, his journey to find quality products at a reasonable price was frustrating. Too many products lacked the transparency, quality, or price accessibility he sought.
That experience inspired him to bring a better option to the market: in 2020 he produced the first CBD tincture that set the standard for Carolina Pure's excellence. Today his vision has expanded to include dozens of Carolina Pure and Delta Elev8 products, all crafted with care in Wilmington, NC.
In January 2024, Ben Erichsen opened Wilmington Dispensary's first retail store in the vibrant Castle St. Arts District. Since then it has become a trusted destination for top-tier THCa flower and cannabis products. A welcoming space where customers engage with knowledgeable educators to find the products that best meet their needs.
